  • I'd like to discuss whether we can adjust your training for new leaders to ensure that they are equiped for onboarding new starts. It's going to make a difference!
  • The analytics show that when branches have managers delivering onboarding who have been in their role for less than 1 year, it can lead to longer onboarding times.

  • Hi Team - This week we're launching a Leadership Academy for our new leaders. We've taken on Kineo's suggestions to include social and on the job activities. What do you think?
  • This could be a game changer for new leaders. The on the job activities are great! Nice work Sima!

  • I'm pleased to report that retention of new staff in first 18 months has improved since we introduced the academy. Completion times for onboarding is also more even across our regions.
