I'd like to discuss whether we can adjust your training for new leaders to ensure that they are equiped for onboarding new starts. It's going to make a difference!
The analytics show that when branches have managers delivering onboarding who have been in their role for less than 1 year, it can lead to longer onboarding times.

Hi Team - This week we're launching a Leadership Academy for our new leaders. We've taken on Kineo's suggestions to include social and on the job activities. What do you think?
This could be a game changer for new leaders. The on the job activities are great! Nice work Sima!

I'm pleased to report that retention of new staff in first 18 months has improved since we introduced the academy. Completion times for onboarding is also more even across our regions.
