- Annemarie finds Mama laying on the ground dragging herself back to the house. Then Mama tells her that she tripped and broke her ankle and needs her to get back home.

- Ammemarie finds that packet that Peter said was needed by Uncle Henrik. She realized that it fell out of Mr. Rosen's pocket when he fell.
- What is this!
- When Mama thinks all hope is lost Annemarie says she can bring the packet. Mama then tells her to put in a lunch and if stopped she would say that she was bringing her fisherman Uncle's lunch. And she would act like am empty headed girl.
- Ate my lunch eh, I hope they choke on it.
- Annemarie takes the lunch with the packet and is running with it. While going down the path she relates her current situation to Little Red Riding Hoods situation in the story. Then like the story she hears a rustling in the bushes.
- When German soldiers appear out of the bushes Annemarie starts acting like Kirsti rambling on about fish or whatever. Suddenly the soldiers find the packet and open it to find that there was a handkerchief inside. After taking the food in the lunch he lets Annemarie go.
- Annemarie gets the packet to Uncle Henrik safely and in response to what happened Uncle Henrick isn't angry. In fact he's amused.
