  • These animals are all different right? Wrong! These animals are all somehow similar. This is called evolution. Natural selection takes a big role in evolution. All organisms evolve because some of them just don't make it in this world. There would be no humans if it were for evolution. Even then, natural selection has to keep the amount of humans under control, hence allergies and intolerance. They also part of our natural system too.
  • Monkeys are known to be very well suited for trees. That makes sense since they live in forests. Monkeys have also grown and become more genetically diverse. Humans are technically monkeys that have changed over long periods of time. How cool? I wonder if I can make the same monkey sound, ouhh ouhh ahah.
  • Giraffes have adapted to reach the food from higher branches. Their long necks allow them to reach the leaves at the top of the trees.
  • Hi, I am Melman from Madagascar.
  • Some small rodents have had to change their habitats due to predators. These animals have to dig tunnels to stay away from predators. These adaptations allow them to reproduce. This is an example of natural selection, where the prey has adapted in order to not be eaten by the predators.
  • My son is missing! Nemo, Nemo, where have you gone! Has anyone seen my son?
  • Even sea creatures have adapted. Take a jellyfish for example. Jellyfish have tentacles that when touched, can sting really bad. Sharks have also adapted. Their numerous amount of teeth helps them better eat their prey.
