- There was a big light and the sky and the neighborhood wonders what happend
- Charlie was quick to conclusions and when Van Horns car started he shot him because he thought the was the aliens.
- The crowd tries to figure out what is happening
- Steve comes out of his house after the giant flash and, the lights wont work. He looks around and his neighbors are wondering what also happened.
- The crowd starts to get angry and becomes a mob
- Charlie shot Van Horn because his car started to work and jumped to the conclusion that Van Horn was with the thing that turned off all the power.
- The crowd wonders what is really happening
- The crowd tries to figure out what is happening, and who to accuse.Then it is motioned that Steve has a weird radio and is accused of working with the aliens.
- The end
- An angry mob comes outside of Charlies house and accuses him of shooting Van Horn because he was with the aliens. Soon the mob chases him and tackles him but he is able to get away.
- They start to settle things out and what is really happening and if this is some gag
- At the end when the aliens reveal there plan they say that they just wanted them to tear each other apart just by turning the power off
