- Life is great in the Roman Empire!
- Not for all of us. What's so good about your daily life?
- My daughter and son work with me on the farm. We don't have enough money to send them to school.
- My son goes to school here. My daughter stays home with me.
- This is where my husband and I live. We have a swimming pool, and a grand hall. I love my life in this house!
- Your house is so big and beautiful! My wife and I live in a smoky apartment room with no proper kitchen.
- I have to work as a slave in this farm for rich people, like you. My wife works as a maid in the kitchen of this farm's owners.
- My husband works as a lawyer in the Roman court. I stay home and look after the kids and the household
- We have this villa to grow our healthy and happy plants. Slaves work for us while we do our own work.
- How could you make slaves do that? Don't you get how much we are working already! I think that the next time you see them, you should increase their pay raise!
- Life in Rome is amazing, if you have money. Otherwise, it is very tough.
- I agree about the tough part!
