- ok everyone, that's the earthquake announcement.Everyone get under your tables.
- Everyone stay calm and be silent. Stay under your tables.
- An announcement will be said over the PA system."Attention all this is an earthquake drill, students report to a nearest room with a teacher."
- Ok the announcements have finished. We still need to wait 90 seconds before we can move. Stay where you are.
- When you are in the room with a teacher. You need to duck and cover under a desk. Make sure you are away from any windows, and stay calm and quiet.
- Follow me everyone, stay behind me and be silent. Do not run.
- When you are in a safe place under a table, cover your head with your hands and elbows.
- Great work everyone! Wait patiently for when we know the drill is over.
- The announcement will play 6 times.When the announcements are finished you and your class will keep waiting for 90 seconds to make sure it is safe.
- After 90 seconds, your teacher will tell you to follow them to the closest exit.Just like in the fire drill walk in silence with your teacher to the field.
- Then, just like the fire drill, stay with your class to get your name marked.Then listen to your teacher for when the drill is finished.
