- This takes place Indiana at Virgil County High School, it starts off by talking about the events that lead up to the shooting. Like how the girls were doing each others makeup in the school cafeteria and that the narrators friend left the bathroom that's when...

- A gun shot was fired all you could hear was screams, her friend ran back into the cafeteria as the lock down alarm sounded and all she said was "run". they run and hide in the bathroom stalls.
- Resolution
- and this is how, it affected my life.
- the climax is when the girls best friend gets shot in the arm. Her other friend got asked a question and then got shot when she didn't respond the the shooters question.

- the police come and help the injured girl and they checked the girl that had been shot but she had already passed. this book is mainly about the girl who got shot and how the stories that have been told about her are not true.
- The narrator clarifying what happened to the girl and pointing out how some stories are false. Then she starts talking about how the shooting has affected her life to this day.
