We are going to leave again and search for our next temporary shelter. There are only two fish in this pond, and there are no animals in the forest. We won't have enough to feed all of us. I wish I had more time to think, which I would be able to do if everyone had a different job. Oh Well.
Dude, everyone left three days ago. They are waiting for us in a cave two miles west.
I am so glad we live in Neolithic times. I always have time at the end of the day to think and do things, because we separate the jobs that need to be done. We also have larger communities because the permanent shelters and agriculture enabled us to grow and take in more humans. Also, instead of looking for animals and trying to kill them, we only have to go out ten feet, harvest the crops and kill one of the cows or pigs, and then have them for dinner. It is so easy! Also, since there are other large communities near us, we like to trade, and we normally get good deals.
Thanks to the humans in the Neolithic times, farmers today have jobs. All humans also live in permanent shelters. All humans have jobs, and we trade with each other. We live in communities and large cities like L.A. or New York. Our lifestyle today is much like the lifestyle in the Neolithic times, and during that period between the Paleolithic times and the Neolithic times, human life changed for the better.
