  • I don't want to go to group therapy...I don't feel comfortable .
  • I can see why you would feel uncomfortable, however, attending these gatherings can be really therapeutic as you can potentially meet others who have been in similar situations...
  • meeting others who have been in very similar situations and hearing their stories can be encouraging and motivating to see that you are essentially not alone...
  • i dunno, i don't think it will help ...what's the point anyway...
  • it is important for you to see what help and support is out there and strive forward, being in a group setting can be very powerful and motivating

  • You do not have to say much or do anything, just attending and seeing how things unravel may be a good experience... i would advise you to take part in things that could potentially be very helpful for you... you never know unless you try.

  • Malia, i can sense your apprehension. I still think though it is worth a try. Being amongst people who have gone through similar experiences can be helpful in seeing things from a different perspective.
  • yeah i guess...i just feel like people will say stuff bout me. 
  • I can understand your apprehension, but i still think Malia, that it may be helpful. This is because these kinds of groups are built on the sole purpose of gaining insight and becoming stronger in your journey of well-being. I do think that it is worth a try Malia.
