  • Your Service Request has been resolved. Your ticket will remain in "Resolved" status for 10 days, after which the system will close the ticket. Please note that "Closed" tickets can not be reopened.
  • *Reminder* Please be sure to resolve your ticket promptly after release.
  • Hey Tony, could you provide me an update on your PNS Transport?
  • Sure! That Transport has moved to Production and my ticket is on a SLAHLDREL status until the customer confirms their tests are successful in Prod.
  • Reminder: Once your transport moves to production, please update the ticket status to 'Resolved' from SLAHLDREL. 
  • Hey Tony, could you provide me an update on your PNS Transport?
  • Sure! That Transport has moved to Production so I changed my ticket status from SLAHLDREL to Resolved!
