The Muslims benefited little from the crusades, but they did got new weapons, and started to build a permanent army. They also had some losses. The Muslims loss some territory during the crusades.
The Jews definitely had the bad end of the stick. They did nothing but lose in the crusades. They were constantly killed and persecuted. They tried to force Jews to believe in Christianity. Christians even took over the Jewish trading business.
