  • A week ago, there was a huge football game, and Mike was taking the winning kick!!! 
  • OUCH MY LEG!
  • But... as he kicked the football, he fell and heard a "POP" in his right leg
  • Wait, I can help! I have an idea!
  • The players come running to help him up. And a cheerleader comes to help. 
  • Please help, I will do anything to be back to playing! My right posterior thigh is 
  • First, we will have to go through the acute phase!
  • For the first exercise , we will do heel slides! I will need you to lay on the ground with your legs straight. Then bend at your knee and slide it up to your glutes with your heel on the ground! Repeat this everyday 3 sets of 10reps and 3x a day! And make sure it is pain free!
  • That's easy, I can do that in my sleep! 
  • There's more! You will also need to do some active range of motion of the knee! You will need to holdd a chair and bend the knee up and place it back down! And ensure you don't feel any pain while you do these every other day 3 sets of 8-12 reps!
