- Oki lets start to look for houses!!!
- Months later Sebastion and Clarence decided to make a great decision.
- Lets move into a house together!
- Oh no! We don't qualify for a mortgage so we have to find a seller who is willing to do a rent to own agreement.

- Instead of going the traditional route of buying a house with a down payment and a mortgage, which is a loan used to purchase real estate we are going to do a rent-to-own agreement. This means our portion of our monthly payment is applied towards the purchase of the house.
- Yeah
- People usually fall into debt because of mortgages. There are two types of mortgages fixed-rate mortgage and adjustable-rate mortgage. Although fixed monthly payments are usually a better option since they save interest cost and get a better rate, we have decided to not do that. This is because we want to get little debt as possible.
- A while later Clarence and Sebastian were able to do a rent-to-own agreement. They have less debt and they lived happily ever after
