- This was when my brothers were young in Mexico and they were living in poverty cause times were rough and the economy situation in Mexico was bad so my mom decided to come to the US without my dad.This space and time had her pick between a better future for her kids or her family that was all home and this was one of the hardest decisions she had to make but she had to do what was best for her family and this made her belief in family stronger.
- She had to cross a river in order to be able to cross the boarder to get to the US with her two kids and was at the risk of drowning cause she didn't know how to swim and the currents were strong. This space and time had her make sacrifices for better things she not only risked herself but also risked her kids to help them get everything they've ever wanted , this made her a stronger , braver person.
- Had to come to Texas and live there for a couple of months with random people she did not know and in terrible conditions , they slept on the floor and constantly had roaches and never had enough food.
