  • Your child has asthma. and these are the things you need to do to prevent you disease from getting worse and making your body stronger.
  • Know your triggers and avoid them. Triggers like allergens and irritants can make your asthma symptoms worse.
  • For you to be strong you need to eat fruits that are rich in Vitamin C.
  • And make sure that the bedsheets and pillows, are clean and change frequently.
  • Keep moving, some type of exercise can be hard with asthma but that doesn't mean workout aren't good for you.
  • Take your asthma medication as prescribed. Asthma is a chronic disease, Even if you don't feel symptoms you have to manage your asthma every day.
  • Cold, Dry air an irritate the lungs. So when you go outside wear a mask. And when you go outside on winter days cover you nose and mouth with a scarf.
  • Avoid exposure to smoke, dust and pollen.
  • Learn how to use your inhaler properly.
  • Wear this t-shirt at night and it will monitor how you are breathing, and let your mum and I know what is happening and if you need to take your medication or come and see me
