- Creation of the national assembly and writing the dec. of the rights of men
- The hall where the national assembly met was ordered to be closed but dilibrations moved to a nearby tennis court and sweared to the tennis quart oath
- The Royal Family tried to escape their fate
- Parisians revolutionaries started the storming of the bastille because they were trying to free prisoners
- Reign of terror and comm for public safety
- The founding fathers wrote the dec. of the Rights of Man and presented it to the National Assembly on July 11, 1789.
- Napoleon
- The royal family was imprisoned in august of 1972 because they attempted to escape their "fate"
- The reign of terrors purpose was to purge france of enemies of the revolution and protect the country from foreign invaders
- Napoleon was a french military general and he was the first emperor of france and one of the worlds greatest military leaders
