- Mommy I'm here to get you ready for your pictures. Both of you can get ready up here.
- After putting together fruit salad containers, Tracey leaves the kitchen at 4pm to start her mothers makeup. Rachel/James are getting dressed in their formal attire.
- Ok, why can't we get ready in our room.
- Joyce, just go with the flow.
- At 4:30pm Tracey is back in the kitchen to check the food before leaving to get ready for pictures at 5:15pm. There is flex time for Rachel and James to help with ad hoc assignments. At 4:30 most of the family is available for pictures
- Ok, Herman I will check the food you can go and get dressed.
- Alright, I'll see you at 4:30 for pictures
- At 5:00 pm, Tracey is upstairs packaging food while the photographer takes parents away to take pictures. Everyone needs to do last minute touches and finish setup outside at 5:30pm
- We have to hustle and get everything downstairs by 5:45.
- The DJ needs to do a sound check while grandma/grandpa are taking pictures in the neighborhood
