Storyboard Text

  • Odysseus and his men went to an island of Cyclops, with many sheep and goats scattered around.
  • They found a cave. Odysseus took his best men to come with him in the cave, and left the others to watch over the boat.
  • A cave! Let's explore it.
  • The men got stuck in the cave. Once the Cyclops came back, he asked who the men were. He got angry once they asked for gifts and lied about their presence.
  • The Cyclops killed two men, and ate them for his meal. After his meal, he fell asleep. Odysseus and his remaining men had to make a plan.
  • There is a stick over there. Maybe we can use it somehow...
  • KILL HIM! HE KILLED OUR MEN!
  • Odysseus gives some wine to the Cyclops, and until he gets drunk and fell asleep. The Cyclops asked his name, and Odysseus told that his name is "Nohbdy", to trick him. He then stabbed him in the eye, thus making him blind. The Cyclops shrieked.
  • AAAAAAHHHHH! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!!
  • It worked!
  • Nohbdy’s tricked me!!
  • The men hid under the sheep, and then were able to escape to their boat, laughing at what happened.
