Storyboard Text

  • Well! That was the Key of Knowledge, and the way your key looks, it means you probably don't think much of learing.
  • Walk down the road until you see a key. What does it look like, and what do you do with it?
  • It's old, dirty, rusty, and bent. I throw it back down on the road and keep walking.
  • Good, the cup is the Cup of Love, and your cup is in pretty rough shape, but at least you want to clean it up and start drinking out of it.
  • Keep walking down the road until you come to a cup. What does it look like?
  • It's Styrofoam, the kind you get at a hot-dog stand and bite off pieces so you can spit them out. I see a soggy cigarette butt in the bottom. I try to clean the cup out.
  • Yes! I've kept it a secret, but I love John. That's why I was happy when he wanted to clean out his cup. I truly want to spend the rest of my life with him.
  • Walk farther down the road. You come to a tree. What does it look like?
  • That tree is your sex life. It means your sex lie will be rich and full.
  • It's a big tree, and there are shamrocks over it. A lot of twisting roots and things, and a lot of leaves.
  • The second part involves a key- the Key of Knowledge.
  • The wall is the Wall of Death. It means that when the time has come for you to die, you fight it, but your efforts are to no avail.
  • Now, you come to a wall. It is as thick as eternity, stretches as high as eternity, and runs below the ground as deep as eternity. What do you do?
  • I throw rocks at it. I kick it. I'm trying to smash the wall, but I can't! I can't!
  • The third part involves the Cup of Love.
  • John! Not now! It looks as though the man is taking a snooze.
  • Huh! My name you say? It's Gus.
  • That was a good game. By the way, if we are to be friends with you, what is your name?
  • The fourth part involves the Tree of Sex. As the old man narrates this part, both Lorraine and John's cheeks turn red.
  • Are you mad John? You don't know how to drive.
  • Leave the boy alone He says he knows how to. That's all the proof I need.
  • I'm seeing a vision! It's of a black trunk. I left it at the townhouse my Colonel friend used to live in. Can you drive me there?
  • Sure.
  • The last part is more serious than the others, and it involves the Wall of Death.
  • After John finishes playing the game, he does something random and out of the blue- asking the man what his name is.
  • Gus then sees a vision of a black trunk and looks to John and Lorraine for help getting it.
