- Whenever I wake up I make sure that I maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and nutrition on my body by always taking a shower, wearing clean clothing, and ingesting the right amounts of vitamins.

- I prepare significant items for health safety such as alcohol for disinfecting and a mask to prevent airborne diseases from getting into me before going to the mall.
