- Ammendment 1
- I Love our new president!

- actually as part of the bill of rights the third amendment says i have the right to not house soldiers.
- I will not let you stay in my house!
- hello, by law you are obligated to let me stay in you house.

- actually the third amendment states no arrests can be made without cause.
- You may not arrest me! You have no reason or evidence.
- I don't need evidence i am a police officer.
- you are under arrest!
- Freedom of the press is very important as it allows for a government that the people can have opinions about and express how they feel. Rather than a government more like a dictatorship.
- Ammendment 8
- bail has been set to $5,000,000
- You cannot set a $5,000,000 bail I ran a red light!
- no you cant I know my rights, the 8th amendment says no excessive bail can be set
- During 1791, the right to not house soldiers was significant as America did not want to follow in the same footsteps as the British. As the British forced citizen to house soldiers from the army.
- Ammendment 9
- You cannot chew that gum!
- yes I can I have the right to!
- No arrest without cause is an important right as it protects citizens from injust arrests or actions against them.
- Ammendment 10
- I, Texas have the power to have sporting events
- No excessive bail is an important right as it protects citizens from a corrupt judge.
- yes I can I am the judge.
- This is significant because it created a way to make the constitution much shorter, and was what the people wanted, as they didn't want their rights violated like the British once did.
- if you didn't know it is part on the 9th amendment and it says all rights not listed in the constitution are given to the people.
- 1791 this right was important because it ensured the states got the power they want after the Articles of COnfederation gave the states lots of power.
- actually, I do. as a part of the 10th amendment it states, powers not given to the federal government are reserved for the states.
