- Guys, I got notes today on ergonomics but I don't seem to understand it, I will be getting a test in the week, do any one of you know what that is?
- That's easy! Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products and systems so that they fit the people who use them.
- Ohhh, so what's the purpose of ergonomics?
- The goal of ergonomics is to reduce your expose to work hazards. Ergonomic hazards include working in awkward or uncomfortable postures and using excessive force or high repetition to complete a task

- Yh, An example of ergonomics is the study of how people who primarily sit in their offices get work-related back injuries.
- OH!
- My last question is what are some practices that we can do that may reduce harm
- Well, You should practice good posture, get a good chair, adjust your computer so that it is not too low or high, be relaxed and comfortable and do not ignore pain.
