- Marc tries to compliment his wife and use their happiness to avoid conversation about his ex-wife, even though his ex-wife is not paying attention to them.
- RESOLUTION
- Alice starts asking more questions that lead to Marc believing that Alice is questioning his loyalty and he begins to get a little frustrated.
- Marc uses their happiness against Alice and drops the conversation.
- Alice leaves the restaurant upset, envious, and left with many questions about Marc's ex-wife.
