- After everyone in the village fell asleep, Ndemi had a plan. He called Jinjo before he went to the jail and told him to every night make a hole on the wall and fill it with a calabash of water. Jinjo every night made a hole and filled it with calabash of water. Every day the old lady would get more and more suspicious about why Ndemi didn't asked for food or water yet.
- Jinjo go to travel and knew the love of his life
- Bye my dear friend!
- One day, the old lady entered the room where Ndemi was sleeping and heard some scraping noises. She saw a hollow red liquid calabash of water and she told Ndemi that she would tell the chief and have him killed. Jinjo heard the dispute and quickly wondered how he could help Ndemi. A rat named Davyaga asked Jinjo what is his problem and tell him not to worry because Davyaga will going to solve it. Davyaga tell the white ants to eat all of the calabash and not evidence leave behind.

- I will hunt all the meat in the rock hills
- Ndemi married Malama and both of them went back to the village. Malama's father built a house for them and another one for Jinjo. Also, he gave them two magical knives and he said "one day you will need the magic of these knives".

- After a month, Jinjo decided he want to travel far away of the village but first he wanted to plant a silk cotton tree and he would leave when the tree was as a high of his knee. When the tree growth, Jinjo told Ndemi that he used the magic knife to cut out the hole where the tree was planted. If the leaves of the tree turning dry represents that Jinjo is in trouble or dead. Jinjo in his journey met a beautiful women named Kalima. Kalima was in a difficult situation because he would be sacrificed to the River God. Jinjo saved her from the danger she encounter and married her.
- A few weeks later, in Kalima's village something weird happened. All the meat jump and ran off the village to the rocky hills. Jinjo and ten other mens went to the rock hills to hunt the meat. One day, Ndemi observed the cotton tree leaves dying and he knew his friend was in danger. Ndemi went to Kalima's village and she told him where Jinjo might be lost. Ndemi marched to the rock hills and with the magic knife saved Jinjo and the other mens.
- Jinjo and Kalima went back to Ndemi's village and built a house next to Ndemi and Malama. The two young mens and his wives remained friend for the rest of their lives.
