Several months have gone by and I still carry a picture of Laleh everywhere I go.
"Iranian women have far more important issues than the veil" (Gaouette 3/4)
Over the past couple of years, women have been accepting their religion and the veil more and more and the Islamic society has as well. They all have given up trying to fight and truly accepting what the veil truly is.
Women have been given more rights in Iran as society has been improving, making them dignified human beings.
I can now separate the negative comments behind this veil with the modesty and better connection with Allah!
