- A nurse is treating a patient
- When a demon appears in front of her
- He curses her to be a doll until a boy of true heart goes where he should not
- A boy named Timmy finds the doll on the side of a road
- Timmy takes the doll home and hears it screaming. He gets an urge to go to the sewer tunnel and follows the urge.
- Outside, a storm started up. When Timmy looked back, the nurse doll was replaced with an actual nurse
