- We put up lights on our tree with ornaments. We put cookies and milk out for Santa and carrots out for the reindeer. Before we go to bed we put up stockings. We get up early in the morning on Christmas and open presents.
- Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday. Eight candles are lit for eight nights. The candles are held by a menorah. Every night the kids get money and chocolates as presents. People like to eat food fried in olive oil in honor of the oil in the Hanukkah story.
- I think Diwali is better than Christmas because it's all over the country. People put candles or lights out for four night. People also gamble for good luck and do a lot of celebrating. People are kinder and do more good deeds during Diwali.
