This is amanda a 17-year old who has Type 1 Diabetes.
People with diabetes have to take a insulin shot every day. Also common symptoms are fatigue, thirstiness and having to urinate a lot.
People who have diabetes have to manage what food they eat and how much the consume.
Maintaining a healthy diet is imperative for diabetics.
Normally they have to take two insulin shots a day.
To stay healthy they have to drink lots of water and have to do exersice almost every day.
some people who suffer from diabetes should seek help from professionals.Those professionals would guide them on what they should do.
