Hello everybody! We're on a mission in space, and we are going to teach you about the life of an astronaut in space!
We will start with... training!!!
There are physical and academical requirements. Training takes about two years. We start with theoretical studies of the ship and science.
We train on Zero G planes, that for twenty seconds resemble the feeling of no gravity, like in space!
We also have team training in a pool that has a real size model of the spaceship that can move. We do that in our suits- so we feel like we are really in space!
Another important subject is the dangers of space!
In space, there are higher levels and different types of radiation than on Earth.
Radiation is dangerous and can affect your health negatively long term.
Finally, it is harder to live a healthy life in space because of the lack of resources. We need to make sure to eat well, sleep and exercise.
In addition, space lacks gravity, and because of this our bodies need to readjust when we come back to Earth.
next up is...teamwork!!!
In order to stay creative, we have conflicts about ideas, but not about personal life or personalities.
