- Yes, my name is Grace. I come from Ireland. But this morning parents were talking something about the three branches of the government. But I didn’t understand them. Do you know about the branches of government?

- Off course! We learn that last year. The first thing you need to know is that there are three branches of government here in Colombia. The legislative, The executive and judicial branch.
- WOW! Let me guess most of them are ruled by the government, right?

- Well. You guess! The judicial branch is ruled by the president of the republic. This branch is in charge of people to follow rules round the country. Without this one. Well. I can’t imagine how Colombia could look with out this branch. There could be a lot of murders and people will do what they like with no one who stop them.
- Wow!!I hope government never falls in the wrong hands.
- The next branch is legislative branch, it is also known as the congress of the country. It also create other kinds of rules and it can declare war to countries and cities.
- Yes, and finally the Ejective branch! The executive branch is lead by the president of the republic. Is also known as the government of the country. Is responsible of the industries and commercial business of the country!
