- The group finds Meilin and convinces her to come back to the group and help find the Slate Elephant.
- The four meet the Rhino Riders and make friends with them.
- Rollan catches a sickness called Sunset Death. Abeke, Conor, and Meilin find a cure for Sunset Death.
- Rollan, Abeke, Conor, and Meilin help the Greencloaks defeat the Conquerer army.
- After the battle, Rollan, Abeke, Conor, and Meilin get the Slate Elephant Talisman which they need to defeat the Devourer.
