  • Guess it's just you and me now, Ben.
  • Let's just go.
  • -We're going farther than ANYONE has EVER gone.
  • Good Evening. I'm pleased to make your acquaintance. Where might you two be headed this evening?
  • Hi! I'm Nathaniel. We.... um.... we're going to-
  • Are you trying to come up with a plan?
  • Just so you know, Nathaniel, I'm NOT giving up... not yet, anyway.
  • Every year, on the day of the Autumn Equinox Festival, Ben and his friends hop on their bikes to try and follow the lanterns down the river to see where they lead to. Except for this year, Nathaniel, a family friend, had to tag along. No one really wanted him there, but that wasn’t going to stop him. Prior to the trip, Ben and his friends had made a pact. “No one turns for home, no one looks back”.Despite the pact, his friends started to turn back home one by one.
  • MADAM
  • You knock.
  • MAJESTIC
  • Let's BOTH knock.
  • You wanna knock?
  • Ben and Nathaniel continued their journey with no stops. That was, until the Fishbear showed up. He saw where they were headed and offered to tag along, as he knew where the road lead to. As they were talking, the boys noticed that the Fishbear was carrying a basket. He told them that he hoped to catch some fish. Ben grew suspicious, as there were no fish in the lake, only lanterns. But, he let the Fishbear come along and they resumed their journey to find where the lanterns, or fish, really go.
  • THE BIG DIPPER! THIS IS A STAR MAP!
  • BEN! Now I understand what she meant! She's a GENIUS! She said she had to fool the potion into believing that these were REAL stars, right?
  • Look over there! Do you see it?
  • Yeah......
  • As Ben, Nathaniel, and the Fishbear continued to ride through the woods, they came across a lake. Confused, the Fishbear pulled out an old family heirloom, a map of the forest. They built a compass and realized that they had to go East. Their journey continued, but then something stopped them. A mountain stood there, covering the path. The Fishbear then decided that it was time to leave Ben and Nathaniel to try and find the fish alone. So he climbed up the mountain, leaving the boys behind.
  • WHEW! Did you- did you see me?
  • INSTINCT! I am a bear, after all.
  • YOU. WERE. AMAZING! How did you know EXACTLY what to do?
  • After searching the lake, Ben and Nathaniel found a phone. They dialed hoping for directions. The caller told them that she would help, so they went to find her. They landed at Madam Majestic's house. The Enlightened Ones were going to come to the village to celebrate the first day of Autumn, but this year the moon outshone the stars so it was harder to see. Ben overheard her talking about the star she needed for her potion, so he offered to go get it.
  • Madam Majestic set the boys up on a boat along with her dog Sebastian, which carried them through a river and into a cave where they came face to face with the Fishbear! They all kept riding until they saw a faint glow coming from outside. To their surprise, it was the star farm Madam Majestic was talking about. They saw many stars and but none of them seemed like the right one. With the help of an astronomy book, Nathaniel was able to figure out exactly where the star was at last.
  • Ben and Nathaniel put the star in a jar and gave it to Sebastian to send it back to Madam Majestic. The others started looking for the cave’s exit. They assumed the faint glow ahead was the lanterns but as they got closer the lanterns started jumping! They realized that they were actually fish! The Fishbear filled up his entire basket and said goodbye to Ben and Nathaniel and headed home to go care for his cubs. With the Fishbear gone, Mikey and Nathaniel kept riding, without looking back.
