- Letty got stuck on the boat with her siter Lavinia and she is now hedding to New South Wales.
- Hi, I'm Abner. Why do you look so sad
- I'm Lettty, My sister is very sick.
- On the boat Letty finds a girl named Jemima and they become friends, but little did Letty know that Jemima just became her friend to get her uses done. She even took one of the nice pillows that Lavinia had brought in the hope chest
- but.., please can we come with you?
- NO!
- Then Lavinia got sick from the terrible biscut and gravy they got on the ship. Letty sold a pillowcase that Lavinia had brought and bought some good food and medicine. Jemima got sick as well and her mother asked Letty to give some food and medicine to Jemima
- Here is some food and money
- Oh Thank you Abner! you're so kind
- One night when Letty went out to wash Lavinia's clothes she almost fell over but luckily one of the ship's sailor's caught her. He introduced himself to Letty and asked why she looked so sad? Letty said that it was that her sister was very sick. Then Abner asked what her name was.
- Lavinia nad Jemima got better before they got to New South Wales. When they got the couple that came to take them home didn't want them anymore. Letty and Lavinia felt helplesss
- Lavinia what will we do?
- Letty and Lavinia sat on the beach feeling helpless thats when Abner came and gave them some food and water also some money. Letty aand Lavinia didn't know what to say so they ate the food and waited on the beach to see what advnetures arae waiting for them. The end
