Spray your pan with cooking oil2. add 2 egg whites to your pan3. instantly put a tortilla on your pan with the eggs4. let the food cook till the eggs are almost solid and flip5. add your favorite toppings I recommend cheese, pepperoni, and salsa6. fold up your tortilla 7. put your tortilla on a plate8. enjoy
