- Cynthia first left Indonesia when she was young. She came with a dream and to get a better life. Cynthia has a different way to see the world and understands what she stands for.
- Cynthia Empathizes to Others
- But, her life as an immigrant went hard. Instead of getting the better life she dreamed, it was the other way around. She met with a lot of hardship.
- Cynthia Learns About the People Around Her
- Cynthia found herself pregnant and bear her child while she was in her teenager year as a single parent. It was very hard for her, but life must go on. In the end, she decided that she is going to work as a writer.
- She Became a Renowned Writer
- Cynthia grow, and become a person who empathize to the people around her. This happens because of her past. She has gone through a lot of struggles, and she knows the feeling of someone who is going through hardship.
- Cynthia is puzzled on why is there somewhat of a cultural difference between the people. Because of that, she starts to learn about the history of the nation she is currently living in. By knowing their past, she can empathize and know on why those cultural differences is there.
- Because of her ability to empathize with the people around her, she could easily adapt. She took this as an advantage for her to build her career. In the end, she became a renowned artist because of her amazing work and because her life story has inspired many people.
