- Hi Ella! Are you ready for our laboratory activity today?
- I hope so Ella, we need to participate carefully in the discussion of Ms. Dominado.
- Welcome to our Chemistry laboratory class. I am Ms. Dominado, your laboratory instructor for today's activity
- Rica, I hope that this laboratory project will have a positive outcome.
- Everybody take your sits. This laboratory activity will turn out good if you will listen and follow carefully the laboratory safety rules.
- Before I will hand out those laboratory equipment that are needed for the activity, your table must be neat, clean and free from unnecessary things such as your bags to avoid contamination.

- Rule no. 1 in Laboratory Safety, students inside the laboratory must wear their personal protective equipment to keep themselves against any physical harm and hazards that may encounter in the workplace.
- Before using these materials, I just want to inform you that they are labeled accordingly and you must know how to use them correctly. In this experiment, you will use five equipment. The dropper, test tubes, flask, burner and beaker.
