- No one shall be searched without a probable cause or warrant
- The bill of right's purpose is to preserve and protect rights of citizens. The 4th amendment which includes topics about unreasonable searches, as shown in this scene. The police officer is attempting to search the innocent man's vehicle, however he has no warrant or probable cause making him not allowed to do so.

- I LOVED this book it is one of my favorites!!
- In this scene, the class is discussing their honest opinions on a book. This is protected by the first amendment, which includes the right to free speech. Although the book is receiving criticism, this is still legal.
