  • Breakfast is served.  Hurry, we have to leave for school in 10 minutes. Cotton, out of the dining room!
  • Lets GO!! Everybody out!  We have to leave now! Honey, do you have time to stop by the cleaners before your flight? Mom, have you seen my folder?
  • Do you have everything?  Be prepared to jump out!  Mommie is running late for her "sleeping work" this morning.
  • Thinking?  Did anyone feed the dog? Did I turn the iron off?  Did I set the alarm? Did he put the note about riding the bus home today in his folder? Did I sign his folder?  When is that field trip money due? Did I finish that PPT? What emails do I need to respond to before my flight? Can I make the cleaners?
  •
  • Mom, I left my backpack!

  • Mom got up at 5am to do some reading for school and send a few emails.  She has already started breakfast, ironed her husband's shirt and packed for her work trip before coming to wake her son for school.
  • She feels something not quite right in her body, but she brushes it off. She doesn’t want her husband to worry about her, especially when she is about to leave for out of town work for a few days. She would rather focus on them than worry about herself.
  • Mom, I can't find my shoes!  I don't want to wear this shirt, Josh said it wasn't cool the last time I wore it!!
  •

  • I forgot all about the family get together. I had planned to catch up on some work after making breakfast and returning from swim practice. There goes my Saturday!
  • Bae, my mom is really excited about you fixing that dish for the family get together this weekend. Everybody loves it.  I'll take over swim practice duties for you Sat. morning so you can get a little extra sleep.
  • Mom, can you add cinnamon to my oatmeal?  Did you sign my field trip paper?
