- It was a calm afternoon day when suddenly....
- A man named gideon comes into the scene and starts performing some devious deeds
- haha my name is gideon and I cant wait to break into this pool house!
- Oh No ! is that gideon breaking into that pool house, I better call the cops
- Luckily the mans neighbor sees the incident and sees gideon in the ACT!
- The Cops comin in and arrest gideon immediately, now he is in jail awaiting trial
- RATS
- Later In court, Gideon starts to accuse the judge and state of breaking the 6th amendment because he was not allowed an attorney which is completely illegal under the Constitution
- I don't care!
- this is a destruction of my rights as an american!
- Gideon was later arrested and sentenced to 5 years in prison. But he kept righting and petitioning for his release due to the blatant regard for constitutional law, and after some time in prison, the ruling of the case that put him inside in the first place was later revoked and the jury sided with gideon stating the case was not deemed acceptable due to the breaking of the 6th amendment
