The Selfish Giant
The Giant went on a trip to visit his friend on his island. After seven years, he has decided that it was time for him to go home.
The two friends say good bye and the Giant sails back home.
The Giant is sailing peacefully home, thinking about his castle.
Little did he know that children would go play in his garden.
The Giant notices children playing in his garden on his way back. He gets angry.
The Giant yelled at the children and banned them from his garden.
The Giant had sent all the children away and locked himself up in his castle.
The next morning, the Giant notices his property covered in snow, he decides to check it out.
He searched everywhere and wondered why winter has come this early.
The giant walks back to his castle.
He realizes that this is real and winter is here.
The giant decides to go back inside and stay inside until spring.
Meanwhile, it is still fall for the people of the village.
Years have gone by and everybody is going about their day.
The Giant is finding it very abnormal that it has been only winter for years.
The giant believes that he is cursed with winter eternally.
The children were walking by the castle and notice that it is snowing around it. They go check it out
As soon as the children walk in, spring takes over and they start playing. One little boy is upset for he cannot climb the tree.
The giant notices the sounds and looks outside to his beautiful garden.
He decides to go down and help the struggling boy. The other children see him and run away.
The children are afraid to go back in the castle. One little girl notices the giant helping the little boy.
They notice how happy the little boy is and start playing with the Giant.
They play with the giant the entire fall.
They play with the giant the entire winter.
Every summer the giant would take the children to his favorite spot in his garden.
The Giant eventually grew too old to play, but he would always watch the children out from his window
The children never grew tired of his garden.
One morning, the Giant notices the little boy through his window. He runs down to him
The little boy told him, ''You once let me play in your garden, now i want you to come play in mine.''
Just like that, the little boy and the Giant went to heaven.
