Muscular strength is high weight for short periods of time. Training like this can prevent injury and diabetes. Flexibility is your range of motion, and helps your muscles and joints recover. Cardiovascular endurance is low intensity for low periods of time. This can lower your blood pressure and strengthen your bones.
Physical wellness is a mix of proper fitness, eating, and mental state. This includes your body fat composition, muscle endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Body fat composition is how much fat you have in your body and it is important to keep it low to prevent medical emergencies such as heart disease, diabetes, and strokes. Muscle endurance is keeping weight low for a long period of time. This increases energy and boosts mood.
