- After walking for hours, the man stopped to take a breath. This was validated to him by his need to check the time.
- This man is crazy... its freezing. He needs to build a fire or take shelter.
- Wow its really cold. It has to be -50 degrees out here!
- All I have to do is get to the boys... I'm sure they have a nice fire started and food... mmmmm.
- Or you know... we could STOP and warm up! Crazy man...
- If I fall in the water... I'll have to stop and make a fire. That's gonna take time and then I might not be with the boys by 6.
- The man knew that he couldn't fall in the water because he'd have to take off his warm shoes, his socks, and stop to make a fire.
- Because the man knew he'd have to stop, he made the dog walk across the frozen water before him.
- However, the ice cracked the dog fell into the water below. He climbed out and his paws started to freeze. Because of this, the man bent down to help the dog who was now biting at his paws, chipping the ice of as he did.
- Maybe the man was right. Haha.. should've come with someone. Haha!
- The man thought back to earlier.....
- Kid, you really shouldn't be going out there alone. Its too cold!
- I'll be fine...
