Ingredients:Potatoes,1kgSelf-rising flour, 500grOne eggSalt and pepper as you wish.

Let's go with the preparation:Boil the potatoes with the skin until they are tender.Peel and puree.Add the flour and the egg and form a soft dough.Form rolls with the dough and cut about 2 cm and mark with a fork. Boil salted water and pour in the gnocchi. When they rise to the surface, cook for 1 minute more and remove.
