Storyboard Text

  • When Harrison Bergeron enters the studio. But instead of breaking the door off of it hinges, he opens the door. When he walks in onto the stage asks politely to be set free from his handicaps. As he sets one of ballerinas free from her handicaps, Diana Moon Glampers, one of the Handicapper General watched and realized that it wasn't fair for people like Harrison to have handicaps that were just making them "less than average".
  • As Hazel watches, memories of their son start to come back. Hazel cries, but George is confused as he comes back from getting beer, when he looks at the screen, he remembers seeing Harrison. Although they see Harrison, they forgot what memories they had of him. But before they could start to try and remember, Hazel quickly forgets why she was crying, and George's thoughts are interrupted by his handicap.
  • Harrison Bergeron then began to dance with the ballerina. As the musicians played, the Handicappers Generals watched quietly as they danced. After the dance was over, the ballerina and Harrison were still alive. This made the government decide that they were no longer needed to have excessive handicaps for their unique intelligence. After this event happened, many people who were above average with similar handicaps, were allowed to remove excess handicaps also.
