- I will consider it, why don't you bring the car to the parking lot so i can make sure its the right car
- So, David i made the contract. The car will cost 25,000. The car is in perfect condition. Even says in the contract that I have given you a perfect car with no damages.
- James offered a contract for his friend David to buy a car. The mutually agree, as David wants to buy it and Ryan wants to sell the car. Along with that they both implied that they want to do the deal
- Breach of contract

- This is a breach of contract as Ryan said it was in perfect condition. The car has been damaged. That is something that Ryan did not mention.

- They both agree on the deal orally. The deal is made lawful. This is due to the contract following everything the person gets with the car. The deal is not against the law.

- Ryan is fixing the car. This is a form of competency. When you help fix something and succeed when done.
