- You know, I've seen a lot of people who call themselves 'mysterious,' but none of them live up to it quite as much as you.
- Says the guy whose reputation is as spicy as his taste in whiskey. Anyway, I’m just someone who happens to know where the city’s secrets are buried. Nothing mysterious about it.

- Yeah, right. I've heard the stories—the ones that no one whispers louder than they should.But you know what I wonder about? What makes you tick. You’re like a martini that’s slightly too fruity for its own good but somehow still deadly.
- So now I’m a drink, huh? At least I’m not as cheesy as the songs you write. Besides, if I’m the ‘too fruity’ martini, then you’re the buttery riff that people can’t stop talking about—but no one really knows where it’s going.

- I guess that makes us quite the pair, then. Two ingredients who shouldn’t blend but do, somehow, slightly better than anyone expects.
- Yeah. I guess that’s the beauty of it. Not everyone finds what they’re looking for in the expected places…or in people who fit the mold.
