- Early morning, Mrs. Cruz was brought to Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital by her daughter.
- Upon arrival in the emergency room, Mrs. Cruz met Nurse Roi.
- I've been having chest pain specifically a burning siensation since last night to the point that I cannot breath well.
- Good day, I am Nurse Roi. Can you describe the quality of pain you are feeling?
- You need to take this nitroglycerin Mrs. Cruz under your tongue as what your doctor have prescribed to relieve your chest pain. Since you also have difficulty breathing, Dr. Ramirez also has an order to administer oxygen therapy via nasal cannula for you to be able to breathe well.
- Your mom is in complete bed rest for now, this is to relieve her chest pain and discomfort. Make sure that her back is elevated. Expect me to change her position from time to time. For now, let her rest for a while.

- How are you feeling ma'am? I will just obtain your vital signs okay? This is to monitor you closely for any changes in your cardiac rate, rhythm, heart sounds blood pressure, respiratory status that may cause further complications.

But you need to go back here for follow-up monitoring including your periodic lab testing, ECGs as well as general health screening okay?
