Storyboard Text

  • I will race to you, even though we know that I am the fastest among us.
  • I'll get the course ready!
  • We can race so I can prove to you that I can win against you.
  • That silly Hare, I'll win the race in the end.
  • Good luck everyone!
  • Look how far ahead I am already and the race just started
  • This is the story of The Hare and the Tortoise. Let'smeet the characters of our story now and let the storybegin.
  • This is a good spot to take break. I'll let the Tortoise catch up
  • The Hare was much amused at the idea of running a race with the Tortoise, but for fun of the thing he agreed. So the Fox, who had consented to act as a judge, marked the distance and started the runners off.
  • I'm just going to keep on going and let him sleep.
  • ZZZZZZZ...
  • The race started with the Hare sprinting off right away leaving the Tortoise in the dust. After a little bit the Hare was into the woods and out of site.
  • And the winner is the Tortoise.
  • That silly Hare, I knew I would win in the end.
  • How could he have won....
  • After a little while the Hare was so far ahead of the Tortoise. To humiliate the Tortoise even more, the Hare decided to lay down, take a nap, and wait for the Tortoise to catch up.
  • While the Hare slept the Tortoise kept trudging along at the same pace. He passed the sleeping Hare and kept heading to the finish line.
  • The Hare woke up from him nap and sprinted to catch the Tortoise. But the Tortoise crossed the finish line before the Hare could catch up. This shows the fastest one doesn't always win in the end.
