For some people it can be difficult to pick a physical activity and not everyone knows what questions to think about. Here are some questions to consider when picking a physical activity:

When you are picking out a sport to join in on don't forget to think about the weather. Are you going to want to be doing an out door activity while it's really hot outside? Do you want to join an outdoor activity?
