- This is an example of Fate because when the servant had to find the gold ring that was thrown into the depths of the sea, he didn't know how he would find it. Then he saw the three fish he saved earlier and the middle fish had a shell with the ring inside which shows that they helped him and that is an example of fate because everything happens for a reason.
- This is an example of free will because he had to pick up all the grain that was poured on the ground and he thought hard about how he would get it done but no ideas came up so he ended up falling asleep.
- This is an example of fate because the servant went through three kingdoms and reached the forest where he would sit down and contemplate whether he wanted to go to sleep or not. Suddenly, he hears a noise in the trees and then the golden apple he was searching very hard for fell into his hand. The three ravens he had saved from starvation had grown up and flew all the way to the Tree of Life to find the golden apple for the servant which proves this is an example of fate.
